Solution Receiving Your Registration Code

If you have registered for InstantAction but are not able to log in it is likely that you have not confirmed your registration. Upon choosing a user name and password you will be sent a request for confirmation. Confirming your registration is not optional.

We are experiencing issues with some e-mail providers. Please consult with our article concerning e-mail providers (link) to see if you can expect delays or issues with registration. We are working to resolve these issues.

Please check your junk mail/spam folder for InstantAction messages before contacting support.

If you do not receive your confirmation e-mail within 12 hours of creating your user name please contact support@instantaction.com.

When you contact support please include your user name and e-mail address.

Registration Errors

Some users may be redirected to a blank page when confirming their registrations.

If this happens, please note that your confirmation has been confirmed.

Future attempts to confirm your registration will result in a "Code Invalid" error. Disregard this message. If you have any questions regarding this process please contact Support@InstantAction.com.
